Every year, thousands of young people from around the world take part in our residential programmes, including Nike Sports Camps, Liverpool International Academy and Charterhouse Summer School. Organised by our central London team, these programmes change lives.


As a Project Executive, you’ll be part of that inspiration by taking the lead on a range of exciting projects — from event planning and logistics to on-site delivery and international tours. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful running of all CMT Learning programmes throughout the year, with a particular focus on our busy summer camp season (June–August).

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Working within our highly experienced operations team, the Project Executive will:

  • Lead multiple sports and education projects across the UK
  • Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and travel regulations
  • Provide regular progress updates and contribute to continuous operational improvement
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of camp and tour delivery, including accommodation, facilities, transport, catering, equipment, and on-site setup
  • Manage inventory and warehouse operations, including receiving goods, stock-taking, and coordinating shipments
  • Source, price, and order equipment, apparel, and materials, tracking costs to remain within budget
  • Manage relationships and act as the key point of contact for suppliers, venues, partners, coaches, and service providers
  • Maintain accurate records and keep logistics trackers up to date
  • Support and oversee the camp operations team, providing hands-on assistance during delivery to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist in the development of new systems and processes to streamline camp operations and improve information flow
  • Enhance the player experience by coordinating the distribution of player guides, certificates, awards, and giveaways
  • Any other duties as required for successful delivery


WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • Passion for youth sport, education and creating memorable experiences
  • A great eye for detail, process driven and highly accurate when working under pressure.
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • A confident and positive character who is calm under pressure and committed to being the best.
  • Outstanding people and communication skills to respond to queries from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues.
  • Experience in managing projects, ideally in events, sports, or travel
  • Experience or strong understanding of the summer camp environment (Desirable)


PACKAGE:

  • Temporary Full-time (37.5hrs a week) from February 2026 until 21st August 2026
  • Due to the nature of our business, there will be times when you need to work long hours, weekends and bank holidays.
